Land is chosen for what it has, not for the photo. These are the questions we always ask before recommending a property.

Water

How many water sources does it have, and how do they hold up in the dry season? In the Chaco it also matters whether there are dug ponds and what state they are in.

Access

How many kilometres is it to the paved road, and what is the track like when it rains? Good land with an impassable road loses working days.

Title

We ask for a clear title before going further. If anything is in process, we say so in the listing.

Soil and use

Not all land suits every purpose. Sandy soil with planted pastures is for cattle; mechanised red soil is for crops. The current use helps you understand the potential.

Infrastructure

  • Houses and outposts
  • Corrals, chute and scale
  • Sheds
  • Electricity

Everything already built is time and money you will not have to put in later.
